The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.bylindgren.com for delivery worldwide.
The terms are in accordance with the EU regulations applicable for e-commerce from 13/6 2014.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT 🛍️
At byLindgren.com you can always shop. We are open 24 hours a day unless the site is closed due to maintenance or other temporary interruption.
You shop by selecting the items you want to buy and add them in the "Cart". Right up to the time of ordering, you can update the shopping cart and continuously check the items and their respective prices.
Shipping costs will not be added until you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on "Pay", then enter your name, address, email and phone number, choose the delivery method, and finally enter your payment information.
The purchase is confirmed by pressing the "Complete Order" button, after which your order is approved and an order confirmation automatically is sent to you by mail.
You can pay with MobilePay (DK), Dankort (DK), VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and VISA Electron. There is no charge on payment at byLindgren.com.
The amount will be withdrawn from your credit card when your order has been shipped.
All prices are listed in Euro (EUR) including VAT and other taxes.
Please note that custom duties and other charges may apply on international orders outside EU, and that you as customers will pay these expenses yourself.
Customs rules vary widely from country to country, so if you have any doubts, please contact your local customs authorities.
ORDER CONFIRMATION ✔️
When you have placed an order at byLindgren.com, you will receive an order confirmation as a receipt of your order. A binding purchase agreement is entered once you have received the order confirmation from us.
We always strive to pack and ship your order from our warehouse within 1-3 business days, however with subject to sold-out items and extraordinarily busy periods.
byLindgren.com delivers to all over the world.

International (within the EU) - 10 EUR
International (outside the EU) - 25 EUR
byLindgren cannot be held responsible for shipping delays.
In case of very late or missed deliveries, please contact us.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION ✔️
When you shop at byLindgren.com you always have 14 days right of cancellation. This deadline runs from the day, at which you receive your order unless it expires on a public holiday, a Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. In this case the deadline is postponed to the following weekday.
You must notice us within 14 days after reception of your order if you wish to cancel or exchange your purchase. The notification must be given to 📧firstname.lastname@example.org. You can of course write your e-mail in English and we will reply you as soon as possible.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the order without giving us clear notice at the same time. If you refuse to receive your order, you will be deducted 10 EUR to cover the cost of return.
You will have to pay the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item.

Please make sure that your return order is wrapped properly and that all items are in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that you are responsible for the package until we receive it. Therefore, remember to save the mail receipt as well as the track and trace number.
Note! We expect you to ship the item as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation by e-mail, and no later than 14 days after receipt. Remember to attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation for your purchase.

When we have received your returned items, we will check if they is undamaged and unused. If not, we will return the amount of money to your credit card.
Note! You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or partly, if the value of the returned item is impaired because 1) you have actually used the item, 2) it has been damaged while you were responsible for it, or 3) you have handled the item in ways other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way they function.
It is byLindgren.com that determines the impairment.
If you experience any defects or errors with your product, or if we, by mistake, has send you an item that you did not order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do what we can to help you.
When you shop at byLindgren.com, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, or get the money back or discounted depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

This information is stored in order to process your order as soon as possible and to automatically enter your information if you are a returning customer at byLindgren.com.
The information is registered at byLindgren ApS and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
We also register your IP address, from where the purchase, if any, is made.
When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it happens only when you give your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and the purpose of collecting it.
As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Processing Act.
